Senior Policy Specialist Needed in UAE - Abu Dhabi Education Council
Description
This is a unique leadership role with the Abu Dhabi Education Council - the government entity that is in charge of public schools in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is an executive position in the Abu Dhabi Education Council Head Office, not a classroom teaching position.
The objective of Senior Policy Specialists is to assist in the development of private educational policy and strategic and master plans by conducting policy analysis and preparing reports to ensure the continual improvement of the sector through the evaluation of policy initiatives and the setting of standards that improve educational performance. Candidates will communicate with officials from the Ministry of Education to ensure the collection of all necessary data for the analysis of policy effectiveness and to aligh policy development in accordance with UAE Federal standards.
Candidates are expected to use and leverage technological assets and participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section.
