..then I might recommend working at CDI. Honestly, it does offer great stability if its your first time teaching abroad. I had no teaching experience so it gave me a lot of structure and the necessary tools for success, however, this company gives NO holidays and the material is dry. The teaching material, although useful at first to get your grounding, kills creativity. Every class, depending on the level, is exactly the same, which can be very monotonous. Not to mention, its an after school program so its tiring on the kids to be in one class for 3 hours.

You'll have lots of teacher meetings and constant evaluations, which can be beneficial at times, but also not worth it if you feel like you aren't enjoying it.

Perks. I was set up in a nice apartment and I was always paid on time. My foreign managers were awesome, but they're no longer there anymore. The work hours, if only Monday - Friday, aren't actually all that bad either. The company has been around for awhile so you can expect they won't be going anywhere anytime soon.
