Program Description
InterExchange - Teach English in Chile
Description
Come volunteer-teach English in Chile with InterExchange this year! Placements run for 4 months at locations throughout northern and southern Chile (exact placements are generally received after arrival in Chile). Volunteers will work alongside Chilean English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers providing classroom support as well as teaching English skills and motivating students. Local Chilean communities, host-families, and schools have nothing but great feedback about this program.
Upon arrival to Chile, volunteers will attend orientations in Santiago that cover all of the pertinent info on the culture and people of the country, as well as information on the educational system, teaching methods and other issues. Following orientation, students will observe classes and train at their host site, before placements begin. Check out the rest of the details today by visiting the InterExchange website!
